Terms of Use

By downloading or playing Roadkill Z: Zombie Road Rush ("the Game"), published by Boming Studio / BOMING AIR INC, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use on your device.

2. Virtual items

Coins, vehicles, upgrades, and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold. They may be changed or removed as the Game evolves.

3. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are governed by the policies of the store you purchased from; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game, use bots or automation, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with others' use of the Game or its services.

5. Changes to the service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept them.
